Trumka: Griffin's Confirmation to NLRB Good for Working Families

Yesterday, the U.S. Senate confirmed Richard Griffin to serve as the general counsel for the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka applauded the confirmation and the fact that the NLRB finally has all of its appointed positions filled and confirmed by the Senate for the first time in years, allowing the board to fairly and impartially oversee the workplace rights of millions of America's working families.
