Struck Down: Judge Rules Pa. Voter ID Law Unconstitutional

A Pennsylvania court has ruled that the state’s voter ID law the Republican legislature rammed through and Gov. Tom Corbett (R) signed into law before the 2012 elections is unconstitutional and “unreasonably burdens the right to vote.”
