Labor Educator Genevieve Meany Lutz Dies

Genevieve Meany Lutz, 83, a long time staff member at the National Labor College, which was founded in 1969 by her father, former AFL-CIO President George Meany, died March 18 in Frederick, Md.  AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka said, “Genevieve made an indelible mark on the lives of students and labor leaders in her own right.”
