Give Denver Super Shuttle Drivers a Fair Deal

Since December 2009, Super Shuttle drivers in Denver have sought to negotiate a fair contract. The Communications Workers of America (CWA) alleges that Super Shuttle has violated its own company policies by using legal maneuvers to delay the election, retaliate against union supporters by firing a worker and charging drivers more money to do their jobs—both actions which it reversed before facing a trial—and proposing a change in the way drivers are paid that would result in a 30% pay cut.
