Colombia: One of the Worst Places in the World to Try and Form a Union

I testified recently at a hearing on Creating Peace and Finding Justice in Colombia, held by the Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission of the U.S. Congress. It was a great opportunity to educate members of Congress—and the public—on the deplorable state of labor rights in Colombia.
