Northwest Energy: PLA Saved Us Time and Money

In 2009, Northwest Energy was moving towards construction of a 150-megawatt natrual gas power plant in Anaconda, Montana.  The local Building and Construction Trades Council approached Northwest and explained to them the value and utility of having the job constructed under a Project Labor Agreement (PLA).  A PLA was subsequently negotiated with Corval Group, the general contractor.  The rest, as they say, is history.
