New Study Debunks Construction Labor Force Shortages Claim

The chorus of voices advocating for a new and expanded foreign guest worker program as part of immigration reform have been trumpeting the claim that such a program is needed because of shortages of American construction workers.  But, new research by Dr. Dale Belman of Michigan State University debunks that claim.
