WASHINGTON, DC – Speaking to over 2,300 national, state and local building and construction trade union leaders on day two of the 2014 legislative conference of North America’s Building Trades Unions, Exxon Mobil Chief Executive Officer Rex Tillerson offered praise and thanks to the Building Trades for helping the oil and natural gas industry meet the expanding construction needs of America’s energy infrastructure.
