ABC Member Company Hit with Serious Penalties in Worker's Death

In another tragic example of the Associated Builders and Contractors "low road" business model at work, an ABC member company was hit with a $77,000 fine by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in the death of a worker on a project in Miami, Florida.
