$7 Billion More in PLA Work for LA County Schools

The LA/Orange County Building Trades Council and the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) have added 10 years and $7 billion worth of work to a project labor agreement (PLA) that has revolutionized learning, as well as the way schools are built.
